Position Overview
The F&B Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing the marketing strategy for our Food & Beverage outlets. Reporting to the F&B Marketing Manager, this position is essential in ensuring that all brand communications, marketing initiatives, and activities are effectively delivered across our hotel’s dining venues. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role is crucial in keeping brand marketing managers updated on ongoing activities and ensuring that F&B promotions are maximized through various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement the annual marketing strategy and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the new menu rollout process, ensuring consistency from in-store displays to digital marketing materials.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, providing guidance and support to maintain the integrity of our brand.
- Assist in the development and execution of brand and tactical marketing campaigns, including asset distribution.
- Design and produce new marketing materials for our hotel properties.
- Support the launch of new venues and seasonal offerings.
- Coordinate with various teams, including special events and restaurant management, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to keep the website content current.
- Work alongside the social media team to review and approve content.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the marketing team.
- Maintain the marketing content calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant by liaising with various teams.
- Manage and update the media library, coordinating necessary photo and video shoots.
- Perform administrative duties such as processing purchase orders, handling invoicing, managing product requests, and generating reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing or hospitality-related professional environment.
- Strong understanding of fundamental marketing principles and commercial acumen.
- Relevant marketing qualifications and/or prior marketing experience.
- A keen creative eye for design and detail.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
