Job Opportunity at VP Forensic

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support Professional to join our team in the Leeds area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to a male client with an acquired brain injury, enabling him to live a fulfilling and independent life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties.
  • Support the client in accessing the community and engaging in social activities.
  • Help the client to plan his day and interact meaningfully with the world around him.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of the client's progress.
  • Provide emotional support and motivation to help the client achieve his goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • A strong and empathetic character, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • A good understanding of complex behavior and brain injury.
  • Full working rights in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
  • A valid UK driving license, as the client's vehicle will need to be used.
