Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase commercial income and drive business growth.
  • Manage the venue calendar, ensuring maximum utilization and revenue generation.
  • Promote the venue and build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development.
  • Lead the Box Office team to maximize sales and ensure efficient data management.
  • Manage the catering contract, ensuring high-quality service and maximum financial contribution.
  • Oversee venue operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and efficient delivery of events.
  • Develop and maintain the Hire our Home section of the website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure all relevant policies are up-to-date and regularly reviewed, making recommendations for changes and improvements as required.
  • Line manage direct reports, ensuring effective leadership and development.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in event management, commercial operations, and leadership. You will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing and implementing successful strategies, and leading high-performing teams.
