Job Title: Sexual Health Adviser

At Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Sexual Health Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing management and leadership to a designated team of Health Advisers within our St Stephens Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, monitor, and support the HA team to ensure they provide a gold standard of care for patients attending for PrEP and PEP, as well as those with complex needs.
  • Provide leadership within the SSC MDT around safeguarding and work alongside the B7 Nurse leading on Safeguarding in JHC & Kobler.
  • Oversee and support the Emergency Department Blood Borne Virus Testing Pathway to Care, including line management of the BBV results HA.
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality care to complex clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable clinical experience and sound clinical expertise.
  • Ability to provide leadership and management to a team of Health Advisers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
