About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sexual Health IDSVA to join our team at Solace Women's Aid. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide immediate support to victim/survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, conducting risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and providing short-term support and onward referral.

About the Service

The Sexual Health project is a holistic support service that provides high-quality support to survivors of sexual abuse and violence. Our team works closely with external agencies to provide a comprehensive support package, including one-to-one support, group work, and advocacy.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with survivors of abuse and has a solid understanding of the support options available to them. You will have strong leadership skills, thrive on working under pressure, and be adept at crisis management and prioritizing your workload to meet the demands of this busy service.
