Job Title: Quality Inspector Operations

Remedy Social Work is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Project Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the temporary relocation of residents and managing day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth execution of construction works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Relocation & Support: Lead the relocation of residents to new accommodations, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the project.
  • Contractor Collaboration: Manage contractor collaboration to ensure health and safety compliance and the delivery of high-quality construction outputs.
  • Post-Construction Aftercare: Ensure the post-construction aftercare process is effectively handled, including logistics, contract management, and detailed documentation.

This role requires strong customer care, organisational, and administrative skills. You will work closely with contractors and residents, including vulnerable, elderly, or disabled individuals, to ensure their specific needs are met during relocations.
