About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Inventory and Revenue Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Senior Advisors responsible for inventory management and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage department workloads, review priorities, and ensure the team takes ownership of their product and berthing to align the guest and ship journey.
  • Lead a team to deliver processes on time and in a consistent manner.
  • Lead the full revenue support function and all deliverables relating to inventory for both brands.
  • Manage forums for the review of performance, inventory, berthing, and cost reviews.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background and/or experience in revenue and inventory management. You should have a positive approach, the ability to adapt to different needs and changing priorities, and demonstrated people management experience, able to motivate and lead teams. Strong command of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage.
