About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Helping Hands Home Care. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the branch team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality care.
  • Customer Support: Conduct regular meetings with customers to review care plans, address concerns, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate them.
