Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our established Recruitment Team at CareTech Group. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Resourcing life cycle of candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Management: Search for passive candidates in the region, assist with manually loading candidates to the ATS, and monitor Hiring Manager reviews to ensure timely candidate progression.
  • Interview Scheduling: Create and manage interview calendars, arrange and book interviews with Hiring Managers through the ATS, and communicate with candidates regarding outstanding documentation.
  • Reference Management: Chase references verbally and through the ATS, and liaise with managers and employees regarding Resourcing issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed, participate in team meetings, and undertake training as required.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for colleagues and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team and individually, with excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to record information accurately, both written and numerical, and manage own time effectively.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
