Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

A highly successful OEM of injection moulding machinery is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive market share growth in the plastics manufacturing industry. As a key member of the ASC Connections Ltd team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide customers with detailed quotations and negotiate terms of sales and agreements
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to promote the company's products
  • Collect customer feedback and market research to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a technical sales role, preferably in the plastics industry
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its various sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel frequently to the territory and HQ in the UK
