We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Workshop team as a Workshop Administrator and Receptionist. As the first point of contact within the workshop, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, taking phone calls, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and visitors
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle progress and maintenance
  • Coordinate with the Workshop Team and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and workflow
  • Utilize internal systems and Fleet Management software to track and record work completed
  • Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the overall operation of the Workshop

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, administrative, and numerical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks to support the Workshop operation
  • Understanding of the importance of a planned preventative maintenance regime
