Job Description

Internal Sales Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Estimator to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As an Internal Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify Customer Needs: Identify and understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare Project Estimates: Develop and present detailed project estimates to clients in a timely manner.
  • Route Opportunities: Route qualified opportunities to our sales team for further development.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with our manufacturing and sales teams to ensure budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Develop Sales Pipeline: Collaborate with channel partners to develop a sales pipeline and meet sales quotas.
  • Maintain Client Reputation: Ensure our clients maintain a stellar market reputation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment, ideally as an Internal Sales Estimator or similar.
  • CRM and MRP Systems: Experience working with CRM and MRP systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • Annual Leave: 28 days annual leave.
  • Benefits Package: Long service award, 8% combined pension, and more.
