About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Hollyhurst. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to comprehensive assessments, scoring, and reporting to inform care planning and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Qualified Psychologist to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on psychological treatment and support.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate individual and group programs to promote psychological well-being and rehabilitation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, audits, research, and service development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent.
  • Be BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited.
  • Possess experience in healthcare and/or as an Assistant Psychologist (preferable).
  • Be passionate about learning and working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Hold a Master's degree in Psychology or higher (preferable).
