**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our clinical research team, you will be responsible for conducting home visits to new mothers and their babies, providing support and education, and performing clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and collecting samples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to new mothers and their babies to provide support and education on clinical trial procedures.
  • Take vital signs and collect samples as required by the clinical trial protocol.
  • Monitor the well-being of both the newborns and their mothers during the visit.
  • Collect and label samples, ensuring their safe transport to designated laboratories.
  • Report any adverse events observed during the visits, contributing to the trial's safety monitoring.
  • Document insights and observations post-assignment, enriching the trial's data pool.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in Nursing and two years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Experience working in pediatrics, maternity or similar.
  • Strong IT competence, skilled in using MS Windows and Office applications such as Access, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail.
