We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Critical Care. As a specialist in respiratory physiotherapy, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment, treatment, and advice to patients with complex physical, cognitive, and psychological health conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist assessment, treatment, and advice to patients within your area of specialty.
  • Lead the Physiotherapy team in planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating the Physiotherapy service provided to patients within your specialist area.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to other staff assistants and technical instructors.
  • Develop and deliver treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
  • HCPC registration.

Desirable

  • Postgraduate clinical training.
  • Experience in leading a team in the absence of senior support.
  • Experience in MDT teaching/education.
