Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

  • Conducting patient consultations, both in-person and via telehealth.
  • Visiting patients at home as necessary.
  • Managing repeat prescriptions and addressing patient queries efficiently.
  • Making informed clinical decisions regarding patient care.
  • Assessing and addressing the healthcare needs of patients with undiagnosed conditions.
  • Implementing disease prevention strategies and early intervention plans.
  • Collaborating with patients to develop tailored care plans.
  • Providing health education and counseling.
  • Documenting consultations accurately and maintaining comprehensive patient records.
  • Prescribing medications in line with established guidelines.

In general, the role encompasses all standard responsibilities associated with a General Practitioner in a primary care setting.
