Junior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

The Junior HR Business Partner plays a key role in driving business priorities and building leadership capabilities within the organization. This role requires a strong partnership with business leaders and line managers to deliver the people plan and drive the talent agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with leaders across the business areas and within the HR team to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders, acting as a sounding board to support their decision-making.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies to drive business performance and increase individual capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to provide HR solutions that meet business needs.
  • Drive performance management initiatives to improve individual and business performance.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of employment law and HR procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Balance competing priorities and project work with emerging business needs, aligning with organizational strategy.
  • Develop and execute complex projects and tasks, driving them to completion with a focus on results.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build trust with leaders and stakeholders, drive business outcomes, and contribute to the development of a high-performing organization.
