Position Overview

Senior Product Analyst - KYC

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst who shares our vision of Money Without Borders to collaborate with our operational teams in driving data-informed decisions that will enhance our rapidly expanding product by optimizing team performance.

In this role, you will spearhead our analytical initiatives within the KYC Experience team, focusing on enhancing customer KYC interactions, mitigating fraudulent activities, and verifying customer identities at scale.

Your collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and fellow analysts will be crucial in translating insights into tangible improvements for our customers, thereby advancing our mission.

About the Team:

The KYC squad is dedicated to establishing a sustainable and scalable KYC product, believing this will lead Wise towards achieving mission zero.

Your Objectives:
Maximize your team's impact by empowering them to make informed decisions for our customers, utilizing data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential information to product leadership to evaluate the operational health of the KYC function. Assess, monitor performance, and identify optimization opportunities for key strategic initiatives. Lead the implementation of the product KPI framework and target-setting processes in reporting and pipelines. Conduct comprehensive analyses of product metrics while evaluating their impact on customer experiences.

Qualifications

About You:

You possess over 4 years of experience in analytics. You have a background in operational team analytics, including efficiency assessments and experimentation. You are skilled in building data pipelines. You have advanced proficiency in SQL. You are experienced in Python/R. You are familiar with data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and can effectively communicate insights through data storytelling. You are a proactive individual who thrives in highly empowered teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

Previous experience in KYC domains.
