Position Overview

Lead Product Analyst – Odds Tribe Core Platform

As a Lead Product Analyst within our Odds Tribe, you will engage with complex challenges, analyzing requirements and leveraging data insights to continuously inform and enhance product offerings. Your analytical skills and recommendations will play a crucial role in guiding strategic decisions across our odds platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess platform functionalities and their alignment with client needs and market dynamics. Adopt a continuous discovery approach to drive analysis aimed at enhancing platform capabilities, performance, and user satisfaction over time.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, customer success, and support, to facilitate product decisions and improvements.
  • Identify trends and data to deliver insights and recommendations on significant business and product inquiries, utilizing various mediums to simplify complex topics for senior stakeholders.
  • Support in communication and launch strategies for developed or enhanced platform features, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze the financial impacts of proposed strategies, employing known agile metrics to identify and evaluate perceived risks associated with platform development and implementation, proposing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Exhibit comfort with ambiguity: Driven and systematic in seeking answers to unknowns, navigating through scenarios where data may be limited and knowledge is fragmented.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product / Platform analysis.
  • Applicants with a solid understanding of the betting sector, odds, and probabilities, or those with relevant transferable experience are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
  • Experience in driving ecosystem value at a platform level with an adaptive and iterative approach, leveraging capabilities to serve diverse users across multiple use cases.
  • Proven track record in transformation initiatives and a strong proficiency in collaborating with actionable agile technology teams.
  • Ability to cultivate genuine and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
