Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Administrator to join our team. As a Health and Safety Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our school complies with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments across the school premises and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and record health and safety incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
- Coordinate and deliver health and safety training sessions for staff.
- Oversee emergency procedures, including fire drills and first aid protocols.
- Liaise with external agencies and inspectors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in promoting a culture of safety and well-being throughout the school.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a health and safety role, ideally within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
