Elements Green is a UK-based, international solar and BESS investor and developer, headquartered in Mayfair, London, with a strong reputation for being at the forefront of technological and commercial evolution within the renewable energy sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Asset Management to help shape the energy turnaround at Elements Green Development Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's operational and project-specific needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability.
  • Colead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring maximum price and value optimisation in line with commercial metrics.
  • Monitor and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain, ensuring continuity and reliability.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the procurement department, driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements set out by the legal team.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Special Projects:

Undertake ad hoc strategic projects to further the performance of the company.

Extensive experience and a proven track record as a Senior EPC professional within an international renewable asset development company (preference for Solar & BESS).

Adept at contract review and term sheet analysis. Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills, comfortable operating within senior leadership groups. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to nurture lasting relationships. Adaptable, problem-solver with a creative mindset when navigating complex contract negotiations.
