About the Role

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking an experienced Document Controller and Compliance Officer to join a highly successful construction company with a high-profile client base across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the company's quality systems and carry out period checks and audits to ensure compliance with policy and ISO accreditation requirements.
  • Provide reports to senior management on compliance and make recommendations to improve quality management processes and systems.
  • Manage the company's supply chain on-boarding and due diligence processes, ensuring suppliers and contractors meet competency requirements.
  • Engage with suppliers and contractors to evaluate and check their competency details for compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant technical or administrative qualification.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems.
  • Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality processes in an ISO-accredited environment.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent data management and IT skills, including MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good team worker.
