We are seeking an experienced Document Controller and Compliance Officer to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's quality systems and ensuring compliance with policy and ISO accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the company's quality systems and carry out period checks and audits
  • Ensure the company's operations are carried out in accordance with policy and its ISO accreditation requirements
  • Provide reports to senior management on compliance and provide recommendations to improve quality management processes and systems
  • Manage the company's supply chain onboarding and due diligence processes
  • Engage with suppliers and contractors to ensure their competency details are evaluated and checked for compliance with company policies
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant technical/administrative qualification
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Experience working in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems
  • Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality processes in an ISO-accredited environment
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent data management/IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint)
  • Excellent communication skills and a good team worker
