About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller and Compliance Officer to join our client's team. As a Document Controller and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's quality systems, carrying out period checks and audits, and ensuring the company's operations are carried out in accordance with policy and its ISO accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company's quality systems and carry out period checks and audits.
- Ensure the company's operations are carried out in accordance with policy and its ISO accreditation requirements.
- Provide reports to senior management on compliance and provide recommendations to improve its quality management processes and systems.
- Manage the company's supply chain onboarding and due diligence processes.
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to ensure their competency details are evaluated and checked for compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant technical/administrative qualification.
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of ISO and general IMS/QMS systems.
- Experience in maintaining information management systems and supporting quality processes in an ISO-accredited environment.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent data management/IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint).
- Excellent communication skills and a good team worker.
