We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our esteemed Forensic CAMHS Ardenleigh team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a nationally recognized Tier 4 Medium Secure Service, renowned for its innovative therapeutic model of care and commitment to clinical excellence.
As part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and aftercare services to young people facing complex mental health challenges. Your expertise will focus on supporting individuals with conditions such as ASD and Sensory processing deficits, empowering them to develop essential life skills and build resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver a client-centered program of therapeutic activities tailored to the unique needs of each young person.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress effectively.
- Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of qualified occupational therapists.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to ongoing data collection and analysis.
- Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, training, and reflective practice.
