Role Overview

We're seeking a talented CRM Manager to develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy that engages customers with personalized, targeted, and relevant marketing communications. This role will cover both Smarkets and our sportsbook product, SBK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel CRM strategy to engage customers across all life-cycle stages
  • Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to ensure effective and timely end-to-end operational delivery of CRM programs
  • Monitor and own customer marketing KPIs and CRM campaign impact, identifying opportunities to optimize, automate, and scale
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in CRM and B2C marketing
  • Proven track record in working with databases and user segmentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and project prioritization skills
  • Experience in managing a team or mentoring junior staff members
  • A passion for sports and a team player who shares our values
