About the Role

Smarkets, a leading betting exchange, is seeking a skilled CRM Marketing Manager to develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy. This role will engage customers with personalized marketing communications across all life-cycle stages, leveraging customer segmentation, campaign, or behavioral insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a multi-channel CRM strategy to engage customers with targeted marketing communications.
  • Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to ensure effective operational delivery of CRM programs.
  • Monitor and own customer marketing KPIs and CRM campaign impact, identifying opportunities to optimize, automate, and scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM and B2C Marketing.
  • Proven track record in working with databases and user segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing a team or mentoring junior staff members.
  • A team player who shares Smarkets' values.
