Fleet Workshop Supervisor / HGV Workshop Supervisor / HGV Workshop Foreman / Productive Workshop Supervisor / HGV Charge Hand / HGV Senior Technician / HGV Technician Lead / Workshop Controller is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fleet workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that the team is working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the workflow of the workshop team
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and ordering of parts
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
