About the Role
As a Multi Sports Coach, you will report to the Camp Manager and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5:30 pm, engaging with groups of up to 16 children across various age ranges (5-7, 8-10, 11-14, or 14-17 years). You will deliver high-energy, enjoyable, and inclusive sessions that encourage every child to be active and have fun, regardless of their skill level.

Child safety is our utmost priority, and you will ensure the welfare of children is maintained at all times. This includes supervising children during breaks, participating in swimming activities, overseeing the safe use of equipment, and promptly documenting any incidents.

As an Ofsted registered organization, you will also have the opportunity to witness how we uphold high standards in child care and wellbeing, gain first aid qualifications, build relationships with parents/guardians, and access our industry-leading training.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Availability during school holidays, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5:30 pm
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children aged 5 to 17
  • At least 3 months experience in coaching sports or active games
  • Energetic, resilient, and a team player
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Level 2 or higher qualification in Primary or Secondary Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available)
