As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will work under the guidance of a senior mentor, engaging in a diverse range of responsibilities that are both hands-on and intellectually stimulating.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant:

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, providing essential reports to senior management;
  • Participating in month-end procedures, including accruals, prepayments, and complex reconciliations;
  • Maintaining and updating the fixed asset register;
  • Conducting balance sheet reconciliations while ensuring compliance with internal controls;
  • Collaborating daily with the finance team and senior management on new system integrations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You should be pursuing AAT qualifications or have commenced studies with CIMA or ACCA;
  • Proficiency in systems and intermediate Excel skills are essential;
  • A strong team player with excellent communication abilities and a desire for professional growth;
  • A commitment to learning and developing skills in management accounting.

  • Competitive salary range of GBP30,000 to GBP35,000 based on experience;
