Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to enhance our client interactions and drive sales growth. This role is pivotal in converting inquiries into successful orders while expanding our customer portfolio.


Key Duties:

  • Manage both incoming and outgoing communications with current and prospective clients.
  • Transform quotes into confirmed orders through effective follow-up and communication.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales prospects through research and outreach.
  • Assess client needs to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain and organize the prospect database for efficiency.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and competitor activities.
  • Promote additional products and services as appropriate.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to learn new sales techniques and software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous sales experience or familiarity with electrical products is a plus.
