We are seeking to fill 2 positions at each of the following locations:
  • Campus A
  • Campus B
  • Campus C
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Facilitating call transfers effectively
  • Taking and relaying messages to the relevant personnel
  • Coordinating appointments and overseeing meeting room reservations
  • Assisting with administrative documentation and data management
Candidate Requirements:
  • Background in Administrative or Customer Service roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Motivated and diligent work ethic
Position Details:
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
  • Hourly wage of £12.15, commensurate with experience
  • Temporary position for a defined period
