We are seeking an experienced International Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of bespoke products across the world.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global design business within the events industry. You will be part of a small but forward-thinking team, who work collaboratively to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide quotations for bespoke products.
- Manage Salesforce leads and opportunities, creating new records and updating relevant information.
- Liaise with distributors, partners, and rental associates to facilitate their requirements for quotations and product documents.
- Work with the sales and logistics team to manage customer inquiries and provide shipping support.
- Report to the General Manager on procurement of new business and provide weekly updates on production activities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and face-to-face meetings with potential opportunities and existing customers, including international travel.
- Purchase order management and expediting, as well as processing goods receipts.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in sales processes, including face-to-face business customer engagement.
- Proficient in CRM systems, such as Salesforce and SAGE.
- Well-organized with a passion for attention to detail.
- Full clean driving license and passport.
Benefits:
- 15% of salary company bonus.
