We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at Orchard Brae School in Aberdeen. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Out of School Care service, working directly with school-aged children, and managing and supervising a team of staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth work, with experience in managing and facilitating change, managing and maximising resources, and effective written and verbal communication.
