Job Details

At Teaching Vacancies, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Principal to join our team at Springwell Learning Community Lincolnshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing teaching and learning initiatives that drive academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching materials and schemes of learning that meet the needs of our students.
  • Lead a subject area across the school, including quality assurance and curriculum development.
  • Support and line manage Teachers, HLTAs, and Teaching Assistants to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote teaching and learning excellence.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in teaching and leadership roles, with a strong track record of improving student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the school.
