Time Appointments Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Claims Handler to strengthen their UK-based operations. The successful candidate will become part of a fantastic company that offers great routes of progression and industry qualifications to further skills and development.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience of handling personal injury motor claims from 'cradle to grave'.
- Experience of non-portal claims in excess of £25,000.
- Experience of credit hire negotiations and a technical insurance knowledge and understanding including that of, repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party, and claims processed involving the MOJ and OIC.
- A genuine desire to engage in future learning opportunities and continuous professional development.
- Strong customer service, and communication skills both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach and enthusiastic attitude.
