We are in search of an experienced HR Business Partner to join a sub-team of four, reporting to the Head of HR, and supporting a large department comprising approximately 1000 staff members.

In this HR Business Partner role, your responsibilities will encompass a genuine blend of strategic and operational tasks:

  • Providing value to key stakeholders to support their strategic people objectives
  • Advising and coaching leadership and line management throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Managing sensitive and complex employee relations casework
  • Conducting workforce planning and talent management
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive People Plans
  • Executing equality, diversity, and inclusion strategies
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence across HR and broader Corporate Services on strategic projects and people initiatives
