About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let, ensuring that client, company, and statutory requirements are always met.
  • Void Data Management: Collect and verify void data to ensure the property management system accurately reflects all actions taken.
  • Administrative Support: Process referencing paperwork, prepare tenancy agreements, and manage move-ins and move-outs.
  • Financial Management: Check and pay council tax and utility invoices in relation to void properties.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all compliance matters are up to date, and manage any compliance matters due, ensuring the database is up to date.
  • Review and Analysis: Review check-in/inventory and check-out data, as well as reviewing check-in/out information.
  • Relationship Building: Build and sustain relationships with Letting Agents and internal colleagues to ensure smooth processes.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve all queries and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Answering maintenance calls and escalating when required.
  • Health and Safety: Guaranteeing Health & Safety requirements are met at all times whilst identifying, mitigating and reporting all risks to the Line Manager.
  • Property Monitoring: Monitor all allocated properties, review strategies and make recommendations where necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with general administrative duties to support the client and portfolio and ensure all electric, gas and water meter readings are recorded correctly on the database.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous administration/office experience is advantageous, however, we are open to different backgrounds.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a variety of people.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable interest in the Property sector.
  • Customer Service: Passionate about providing an excellent level of customer service.
  • Work Ethic: Motivated, driven, and hardworking individual who has a can-do attitude.
