About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Lite.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop mechanical systems and components
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan installations
  3. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
  4. Attend site visits and consult with clients to understand project requirements
  5. Produce detailed workshop drawings and oversee the fabrication process
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Previous experience with SolidWorks or a similar CAD package
  2. A general understanding of engineering principles and the ability to problem solve
  3. Experience within the food processing, conveyor systems, or sheet metal industry
  4. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage your own workload
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
