Drive Brand Growth and Sales Success

As a Sales and Brand Manager at Fortis Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand development, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand and sales strategies to enhance brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue generation.
  • Support the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and customer acquisition while boosting sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including advertising, packaging, and digital platforms, to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform both brand and sales strategies.
  • Assist in managing brand and sales budgets and tracking performance metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Contribute to the development of brand and sales guidelines, ensuring adherence to brand and sales standards.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed and recommend strategic adjustments for both brand and sales efforts.
  • Assist in coordinating brand and sales events, activations, and sponsorships to boost brand visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the brand and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, branding, sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for both brand and sales optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate brand and sales collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, essential for brand and sales success.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to support brand and sales efforts.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing, along with a desire to drive sales growth.
