About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to join our team in East Lancashire. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a new service and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, lead, and support new and existing teams
  • Instill strong values and best practices within the service's senior and wider staff teams
  • Ensure the quality of services meets Good or Outstanding CQC Inspection Framework Standards
  • Engage with residents, relatives, health professionals, local authorities, and other community groups to establish a sustainable and caring environment
  • Effectively lead safeguarding processes
  • Establish policies and procedures to guarantee service user experience meets the highest standards
About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum NVQ Level 4, Registered Manager Award, or equivalent, and an active Nursing PIN. Experience managing residential, nursing, or hospital services supporting Complex Dementia, Neurodisability, enduring Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Autism is desirable.
