About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at RB Social Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Support Team and working closely with the Regional Manager to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personal support and promote independence and choice for individuals with learning disabilities
  • Lead and manage the Support Team to ensure high standards of care and support are maintained
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of individuals
  • Ensure a culture of dignity and well-being is maintained across the service
Requirements
  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in learning disabilities care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Regional Manager and other stakeholders
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
