We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at OHTS. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will play a key role in shaping the service provision for our clients and contribute to the ongoing development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake a range of services including weekly clinics, complex case management, sickness absence management, health surveillance, and safety critical work medicals.
  • Report directly to the Medical Director and assist in shaping the service provision for the future.
  • Improve quality and safety standards, delivery of targets, and service modernisation.
  • Work as an independent and autonomous Occupational Health Physician.
  • Develop effective communication and relationship-building skills.
