Care Home Manager Opportunity

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable provider of care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a care home and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Ensure that all care services are delivered to a high standard
  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
Requirements
  • Level 5 qualified or willing to work towards
  • Good knowledge of CQC
  • Financial and marketing experience within the care sector
  • Excellent business acumen
