About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Care Home Manager to take on a new challenge. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
