Finishing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of a major contracting scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full support to the Project Lead in ensuring the timely delivery of the project.
  • Oversee site operations and ensure that Health & Safety, Quality standards, and timescales are upheld.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of major main contracting (build) schemes, ideally within a Tier 1 contracting environment.
  • Knowledge of Principle contractor processes and standards.
  • SMSTS, CSCS card (Black or Gold), and First aid at work certifications.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A sound understanding of the construction industry and its best practices.
