Finishing Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

RGB Recruitment is seeking a skilled Finishing Manager to join their team in Mid Cornwall. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations during the finishing stages of a new build contracting scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide full support to the Project Lead in ensuring the timely delivery of the project
* Oversee site operations, ensuring Health & Safety, Quality standards, and timescales are upheld
* Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks
* Develop and implement effective site management strategies

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in major main contracting schemes, ideally within a Tier 1 contracting environment
* Knowledge of Principle contractor processes and standards
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* SMSTS, CSCS card (Black or Gold), and First aid at work certifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
