As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and motivation to develop existing staff, while maintaining high professional standards and demonstrating commitment to staff development and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and motivation to develop existing staff
- Maintain high professional standards and demonstrate commitment to staff development and patient care
- Promote and maintain high standards of care while supporting and assisting to implement local and national strategies and initiatives
- Develop and implement effective leadership and management strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and services
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional education and development
- Ability to rotate across specialty areas and work shifts covering 24 hours, seven days a week
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Clearance
