We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide reactive and planned maintenance services to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Work on a variety of machinery, including automated production equipment, to identify and resolve technical issues
- Participate in project work to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols on site
- Apprentice, HNC/HND, or equivalent electrical engineering qualification
- 18th Edition certification
- Experience working in an automotive or manufacturing environment (desirable)
