About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Mental Health Practitioner to lead our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team. As a Senior Mental Health Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the safe and effective operation of the service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with experience in leading teams and managing complex cases. You will be a skilled communicator and have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team to deliver a 7-day-a-week mental health crisis service
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide supervision and support to team members to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Ensure the service operates within established clinical mechanisms and national guidelines
